Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Wingspan Global Solutions offers refunds for its AI agentic and business automation services.

1. Free Consultation

The initial consultation and enquiry response is provided free of charge and is non-refundable as no payment is collected.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only as expressly defined in a signed service agreement between the client and Wingspan Global Solutions. Eligibility, timelines, and amounts will follow the milestones described in that agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Services that have been delivered, executed, or completed, as well as third-party costs, software licenses, and AI/API usage fees incurred on behalf of the client, are not eligible for refund.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to sarah@wgsindia.com. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billable as per the signed agreement.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be resolved through good-faith written communication. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
